Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for Jemaule Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or through the official booking form. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days after the event. Travel and Accommodation: Travel expenses (e.g., flights, train tickets, mileage) and accommodation (if required) must be covered by the event organiser. These arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. Event Details: The organiser must provide detailed event information, including date, time, venue, audience size, and specific topics or themes for the sermon, at least 14 days prior to the event. A soundcheck or rehearsal time should be scheduled if technical equipment is involved. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit but incur no further charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will require full payment of the agreed fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original event date. The deposit can be transferred to the new date. Performance Expectations: Jemaule will arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. The organiser is responsible for ensuring a respectful and safe environment for Jemaule. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather), Jemaule reserves the right to reschedule or cancel.
